My wife and son spotted this bald eagle less than a mile from our house today on their way home from school. I'm incredibly jealous I wasn't with them. They were actually really close. The tree he's perching in is right next to the dirt road we live on. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have even been upset if the bird had eaten one of my chickens.
Just a zoom in to prove this isn't turkey vulture in white face or something.

I'm sure all the hawks are jealous of all the chicken tail bald eagles get.
ReplyDeleteMy friend says that if you find a bald eagle nest on your property then you don't have to pay taxes on the land.
