And I'm hoping to brew a beer this week. I'm probably going to whip up a batch of my IPA even though I've not finished my Caffeine Trinity series. My Flying Tortoise IPA is a damn tasty beer and I'm really craving a good dose o' hops. Most of the beers I've been buying lately are in the Belgian category or browns, ambers, and stouts, and I've long since consumed the last of my last batch of Flying Tortoise IPA.
